Losing now, Kanye West suggests he’ll run for president again in 2024

US rapper Kanye West suggested today that he will contest again in the next US presidential election in 2024, although he has performed poorly in the ongoing one.

US rapper Kanye West suggested today that he will contest again in the next US presidential election in 2024, although he has performed poorly in the ongoing one. 

Posting a picture of him in front of the US map on today, he wrote “Kanye 2024” on Twitter.  

Kanye got about 60,000 votes across the 12 states where he appeared on the ballot. He won most of his votes at Tennessee with about 10,000 votes.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden is ahead of the Republican Party’s Donald Trump in the current race. 

A presidential candidate needs 270 electoral college votes to win the election. Mr. Biden has 238 and Mr. Trump has 213 as of 1pm Nigerian time.
