African Democratic Congress (ADC) has postponed its presidential and governorship screening exercise, earlier scheduled for this weekend, to Monday.

This is contained in a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi.

The party also said that, due to the security situation in parts of the North, screening for National Assembly aspirants would now be held in Abuja.

It said that all affected aspirants would be duly contacted with updated schedules and other necessary details regarding the adjusted screening arrangements.

The party regretted any inconvenience the adjustment might cause, while appreciating the understanding and cooperation of all aspirants and stakeholders.
