I’ve delivered so well, proved critics wrong, says Gov Adeleke

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke says he has proved his critics wrong by delivering infrastructure across the state.
Mr Adeleke said this during the inauguration of road projects on Thursday in Ejigbo, noting that those who doubted his ability to perform had been proved wrong.
”They once predicted that we wouldn’t perform, but I surprised them. I deliver so well,” he said.
The governor assured the people of the town that his administration would fulfil all promises made to them, including the completion of the ongoing Ejigbo-Iwo road project.
Mr Adeleke also commended the Ogiyan of Ejigbo, Oba Oyeyode Oyesosin, for his support for his administration.
”I want to commend the royal father for your backing. I remember all my promises to the Ogiyan; I will fulfil them by the grace of God.
“I want to assure you, my father, the Ogiyan, that you will commission the Ejigbo/Iwo road once completed,” he said.
In his remarks, Mr Oyesosin appreciated the Adeleke administration for executing road projects that had long been a source of concern to Ejigbo and neighbouring communities.
The traditional ruler, who described the interventions as significant, said that with what Mr Adeleke had done, the people of the town would cast their votes for him.
The permanent secretary of the Osun State Ministry of Works, Bello Bashir, said the inaugurated road is a 33-kilometre intercity road connecting more than seven communities, including Ejigbo, Ilawo, Iwata, Ijimoba, Alagba, Iwo-Oke, Ibarapa, Amere, and Iwo.
