OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky paid over $700 million in dividends before dying of cancer

Leonid Radvinsky, owner of the adult content website OnlyFans, received a minimum of $700 million in dividends before he died of cancer in March, records showed.
Fenix International’s annual report, the parent company of OnlyFans, showed that Mr Radvinsky was paid $585 million in 2025 and another tranche of $174 million shortly before his passing at age 43.
OnlyFans charges its over 2.5 million creators 20 per cent of their earnings. The site, known largely for pornographic content, has over 132 million subscribers. In 2025, the company posted $714 million in profit before tax, a five per cent increase from 2024.
Mr Radvinsky, born in Ukraine and raised in the U.S., acquired the website from British father-and-son duo Guy Stokely and Tim Stokely in 2018 for an undisclosed amount.
But he has accumulated over $1.88 billion in pre-tax profit since the acquisition.
Mr Radvinsky’s widow, Yekaterina ‘Katie’ Chudnovsky, inherited the company.
Keily Blair, OnlyFans chief executive, on Tuesday disclosed that the company had paid more than $30 billion to creators and £600 million in taxes to the British government since inception.
“OnlyFans provides real opportunities to real people by creating a safe, regulated space where people can monetise their content with a global fan base,” she said. “As a UK-based business, we have also made a significant contribution to the UK economy, paying over £600 million in corporate taxes from 2016 to date.”
