Tinubu congratulates Zamfara governor Dauda Lawal on 61st birthday

Mr Tinubu also praised his multi-sectoral approach in ensuring good governance.

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, on his 61st birthday.

In a statement on Wednesday by presidential spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, Mr Tinubu described Mr Lawal as a “renaissance governor” who brought positive change to the state through infrastructure development, urban renewal and industrialisation.

The president commended his efforts in facilitating development in the state through human capital development and provision of infrastructural facilities, including the rehabilitation of over 800 schools, recruitment of over 2,000 teachers, and adequate provision of healthcare facilities in the state.

Mr Tinubu also praised his multi-sectoral approach in ensuring good governance, adding that it was the right step towards holistic development.
