11 people killed in mass shooting at house in South Africa
At least 11 people have been killed as three gunmen opened fire at a house party at KwaMakhutha in South Africa on Tuesday.
South African police confirmed the incident in a statement on Wednesday.
“Ten victims, including the woman, died at the scene and four were taken to hospital, where one of them succumbed to gunshot injuries,” the police said.
The police said the shooting was done by three men who stormed a house party venue, opening fire on people.
“Information available at this stage suggests that 13 men and one woman, who is believed to be pregnant, were reportedly having a party inside a house when three men arrived and opened fire on them,” the police said.
