Fortune FA maintained their perfect run in the Nathaniel Idowu U-16 Football League with a 6-0 victory over Bright Stars SA in Week 4.

The victory means Fortune FA have won all four matches, scoring 21 goals and conceding just one.

They remain top of the standings with 12 points, two points ahead of closest challengers Young Eleven FA.

Fuad Oyesina was the star of the match, scoring a first-half hat-trick in the 17th, 35th and 43rd minutes.

Quadri Akanbi also scored twice, finding the net in the 10th and 50th minutes.

Odesola Odunayo completed the rout with Fortune FA’s sixth goal in the 73rd minute.

The emphatic victory further underlined Fortune FA’s early dominance as the league leaders continue to set the pace.

Young Eleven FA remained the closest challengers after defeating St. Petersburg FA 2-0.

Daniel Hameed opened the scoring in the 15th minute before Olatunji Michael doubled Young Eleven’s advantage shortly before half-time.

The victory took Young Eleven to 10 points from four matches, following three wins and a draw.

St. Petersburg, who had won in Weeks 2 and 3, suffered their second defeat of the campaign and remained on six points.

SC Heritage also strengthened their position with a 2-0 victory over Divinely Blessed.

Norbert Jonathan put Heritage ahead in the 30th minute before Joshua Garba sealed the points with a late strike in the 90th minute.

The victory was Heritage’s second consecutive win and moved them to seven points, level with Ajegunle United.

Ajegunle United, however, suffered their first defeat of the campaign, losing 2-0 to Atico FA.

Azeez Yakubu gave Atico the lead in the 30th minute before Akinwale Ayoola doubled the advantage eight minutes later.

Ajegunle United could not respond as Atico held on for their first victory of the season.

The win moved Atico to four points, while Ajegunle United remained on seven points.

In another encounter, Moore Wins FA recorded their first victory of the campaign with a 5-1 comeback win over Seraphic FA.

Seraphic took the lead through Wisdom Okafor before Moore Wins responded strongly to overturn the deficit.

Olatuga Pelumi equalised before Sunday Maji put Moore Wins ahead.

Quadri Yekini added a third before substitute Korede scored twice in the second half to complete the comeback.

The result lifted Moore Wins to four points, while Seraphic remained without a point after four matches.

Week 4 produced 20 goals across five matches, highlighting the attacking quality on display in the competition.

With Fortune FA two points ahead of Young Eleven, the battle for the top positions is taking shape.

SC Heritage and Ajegunle United are also on seven points as the league heads into Week 5.
