Two persons were on Wednesday arraigned before an Abeokuta Magistrates’ Court in Isabo for allegedly stealing four motorcycles worth N4 million.

The incident was reported to the police, leading to their arrest.
Ms Motim stated that the offences contravened the provisions of section 390 (6) of the Criminal Code Vol.1 Laws of Ogun 2006.
The Magistrate, O.O. Sam-Obaleye, granted the defendants bail in the sum of N2 million each with one surety each in like sum.
Ms Obaleye said that the sureties must be bondsmen registered with the Ogun State Judiciary.
She ordered that the defendants be remanded at the Ibara Correctional Centre pending the perfection of their bail conditions.
