Nigerian singer Ikuforiji Olaitan, known as Oxlade, has penned a public apology to his fans over the release of his sextapes and videos.
In the public apology posted on all his social media accounts, the ‘ojuju’ crooner suggested that he was betrayed with the release of the sextapes and that his privacy was invaded. He never said by whom.
“I am conscious that my business is out in
the public and I am not the type of person to put my personal business out there.
“Betrayals are very real and in this same
token I want to apologize to the woman in
the video, who did not deserve this type of
exposure, and lastly apologies to my fans
and well wishers,” the singer wrote.
The 24-year-old’s sextape with an unknown lady, along with over five nude videos were leaked during the early hours of Wednesday, February 9.
The videos which were said to be a Snapchat streak allegedly created by the singer, to send to his friend who later recorded it and posted it on Twitter.
