Mr Buhari assented to the bill  at the Council Chamber of the Aso Villa, Abuja on Friday afternoon.

This come amidst much public criticism following Mr Buhari’s refusal to assent the bill into law at previous occasions coupled with the latest dillydally.

The Senate had sent a reworked bill to the president on January 31 after he rejected the previous version passed by the National Assembly.
