Fans boo struggling Manchester United players over draw with relegation-bound Watford at Old Trafford

United dominated the game, controlling 68 per cent ball possession with 22 shots on target but failed to score.

Manchester United players were booed off the pitch as they were held to a goalless draw at Old Trafford by relegation-bound Watford on Saturday in the English Premier League game. 

The United race for top four spot suffered another setback as points were shared with visiting Watford. 

From the blast of the whistle, United played better and created more unncvoverted chances but both teams went into first half break without goals. 

The Red Devils dominated the game, controlling 68 per cent ball possession with 22 shots on target but could not score against Watford. 

Cristiano Ronaldo almost scored five minutes into the game but his shot hit bar.

In the 58th minute, Ronaldo went down in the penalty box atter a challenge by Hassane Kamara but VAR dismissed it as a corner. 

With 47 points in 27 games, United are 4th on the EPL log, just two points ahead of Arsenal with three pending games.
