Mr Ndibe has previously been arrested and detained by the SSS on two different occasions in 2011 and 2017.
“The essence is to provide what will enable the judiciary to perform effectively without complaints,” he said.
He described the ADC presidential primary election as “massively rigged.”
The meeting follows the former vice president’s visit to Mr Amaechi at his Abuja residence.
He charged the EFCC not to relent in the exercise of flushing out all corrupt officers.
