According to the anti-graft agency, the schemes involved the use of child sexual abuse material to extort victims.
“Regarding the individuals taken into custody for stealing the earrings from the ear of the deceased,” the police said.
“All the upcoming young men and women who used to have a capital of N10, 20 million, employing two, three people, all of them went bankrupt and unemployed,” said Mr Abubakar.
