INEC has uploaded results from 3,292 of the 3,763 polling units to IReV.
Mr Adeleke polled 287 votes, while the All Progressives Congress (APC) polled 87.
Mr Adeleke polled 125 votes to emerge the winner at the polling unit.
Mr Oyebamiji of the APC secured 256 votes while ADC governorship candidate Najeem Salaam secured only 13 votes.
Additional election results are still being processed as collation and electronic transmission continue across the state.
