Nasarawa: SDP releases timetable for November 2 LG election

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) Nasarawa State chapter has released the state’s November 2 local government election timetable.
This is contained in a statement by Mohammed Audu, chairman of the Electoral Committee of SDP in Lafia on Sunday.
Mr Audu said the party’s primary election for Lafita Zone, which comprised of Lafia, Obi, Awe, Keana and Doma local governments, would hold on October 14.
He said that of the Akwanga zone, which comprised Nassarawa Eggon, Akwanga, and Wamba, would hold on October 15 while that of Keffi Zone would be October 16.
According to him, the Keffi zone comprises Keffi, Kokona, Karu, Nasarawa and Toto.
The party assured aspirants of a level playing ground for the election.
