Mr Ikuforiji and his former personal assistant, Oyebode Atoyebi, are facing a 54-count charge before the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court.
James Nzewesi was on Monday docked at a Federal High Court in Lagos for being in possession of 19 grammes of Cocaine.
The court heard that on November 17, Mr Shimadoo allegedly conspired with his friends and trespassed into the complainant’s piece of land.
The bill proposes a fine of N200,000 or imprisonment for six months or both.
The National Industrial Court of Nigeria ordered ASUU not to take part in further strike, pending the determination of the substantive suit.
