Mr Babafemi emphasised that the drug trafficking trial remains ongoing and would continue as scheduled before Justice Nwite.
The NDLEA called 10 witnesses to prove their case and tendered at least 20 exhibits.
The Federal High Court, Abuja Division, on Thursday, dismissed a case filed by NDLEA against suspended Abba Kyari on allegations bordering on non-disclosure of assets.
