Mr Nwabia’s death on September 29, 2019 was a rude shock to many Nigerians, especially his over 50,000 Twitter followers.
The South-east region was said to be the most affected by the increase in food prices.
Ms Nworgu-Okonji said that the current provision of two years imprisonment or option of half-a-million naira fine was grossly inadequate.
The programme was designed for vulnerable and low-income Nigerians involved in commercial activities.
“We are saying that in the Nigeria of tomorrow, we need to be on the table and not outside,” Governor Okezie Ikpeazu stated.
“I’m confident that it will soon be assented to by the governor and implemented in order to give persons with disabilities a sense of belonging.”

Ikpeazu owes ABSUTH and the Health Management Board 21 months and 11 months of salaries, respectively.
