The order bans commercial motorcyclists from operating between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
According to the governor, security is not the responsibility of the government alone.
Mr Aikomo urged the intending JPs to remain fair and impartial in handling minor disputes within their communities.
Mr Aikomo stated, “It is in the interest of justice to discontinue these charges,
“He was a great achiever and legend who will continue to live in the minds of all of us,” Mr Maikyau said.
The governor said with the order, such an incident would not reoccur in the state.
