Mr Wike pointed out that a lot has changed in the provision of infrastructure.
He said the structures, built without authorisation or allocation, violated the Abuja Master Plan in Wumba District, near Apo in Abuja.
Mr Echee decried indiscriminate cutting of trees by those carrying out illegal development.
Mr Wike added that, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda, the development plans for the FCT in 2024 encompass several key areas.
He explained that the move would enable companies supporting the FCT with logistics to go to market and other public places to evacuate refuse.
The director-general said the agency had sensitised FCT residents to abide by building approvals and the Abuja Master Plan.
