The Kogi government has taken a significant step toward boosting the livestock sector with the bid opening for construction works, Phase 1 of the Livestock Service Centre (LSC) Osara, in Adavi
The ATI boss alleged that the allocations have been systematically diverted by former and current local government chairmen, treasurers, and associated officials.

Governor Ahmed Ododo has directed the closure of unauthorised trailer parks at Zariagi in Lokoja and Osara in Adavi, LGAs.
The governor emphasised that the visit was a testament to his administration’s commitment to healthcare development.
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduoghan (PDP/Kogi) has distributed six truck loads of 7,200 bags of grains to her Kogi Central constituents.
It also ordered INEC to allow SDP’s forensic experts to examine some electoral materials.
“INEC should review its policy to ensure that eligible voters across all polling units are given an equal opportunity to vote.”
Mr Haruna assured voters in Kogi that their votes were protected and their wishes would be respected.
“To be precise, we are going to use more than 900 backup BVAS. This is because some polling units have more than 1,000 to 2,000 registered voters.”
