The Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria has sought the support of the Lagos government to deepen corporate governance capacity in the public sector.
The Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria and Lagos Business School have signed an MoU to enhance governance standards nationwide.
The president of CIoD, Adetunji Oyebanji, said on Monday in Lagos that the development would significantly boost Nigeria’s global reputation.
Mr Uwaleke noted that for Nigerian enterprises, these changes represented both formidable challenges and unprecedented opportunities.
According to him, CIoD recognises the importance of continuous engagement with stakeholders.
Nicolas-Alausa holds a PhD in English and Comparative Literature and has held several “strategic roles”.
