Mustapha Shehu, the AGILE coordinator in Katsina, disclosed this at a one-day community sensitisation campaign in Katsina on Tuesday.
She added that the remaining 60 per cent, which is for infrastructural interventions, would commence soon.
Mr Mutfwang reiterated the need for the students to go beyond formal learning and equip themselves with skills.
“Through this training, our educators will acquire vital skills.’’
Mr Bagudu spoke on Sunday when he addressed students of Government Girls Secondary School, Mahuta, headquarters of Fakai Local Government Area.
