The ECOWAS Court of Justice has called on member states to cooperate with the court to ensure the effective enforcement of its judgments, especially in human rights cases.
Mr Ojukwu sought the immediate arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the killings.
“We urge the authorities to end this pattern of brazen impunity and respect the right of labour unions to agree or disagree with the government,” said Amnesty International.
The anti-graft agency accused Mr Emefiele of unlawfully approving the withdrawal of N124.8 billion from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation.
He, therefore, among others, sought an injunction restraining the respondents from further arresting him.
