Ms Akin-Olugbade noted that lasting recovery requires close cooperation between humanitarian organisations, development banks and private-sector partners.

“Today, no business can survive in Nigeria without generators,” he said.
“Nigeria cannot import its way out of food insecurity,” Mr Adesina said.
The conference brought together legal professionals, business leaders, policymakers, and regulators.
The group noted that given his antecedents, Mr Adesina, a former agriculture minister, could be trusted to successfully run the affairs of Nigeria.
