Mr Makinde explained that the distribution would enable the government to monitor motorcyclists’ activities.
“The ex-LG chairmen will not get a dime until the Supreme Court asks us to pay,” the Oyo governor insisted.
“If an offender within Ibadan is being remanded in the Oyo town correctional facility, there may be delay in justice.”
