Mr Kuru and four others are standing trial over alleged fraud valued at N76 billion and $31.5 million.
Mr Kuru was arraigned on February 11 alongside Sigma Golf Nigeria Ltd.
Ms Dada, in her ruling, set aside the bench warrant in view of the second defendant’s presence in court and adjourned the case until January 20, 2025.
The judge adjourned the case until January 20 2025 for arraignment.
