Mr Umar said the intervention was the most comprehensive rehabilitation of the abattoir since it was established in the early 1980s.
Mr Maiyaki warned against the activities of individuals who exploit digital platforms to spread divisive messages and create hostility among citizens.
They also stressed the need to ensure a constant supply of water and electricity in the facilities.
According to him, one of the interventions was signing an executive order to reduce tuition fees by 50 per cent across all state-owned tertiary institutions.
He noted that the total amount paid under the administration had risen to N17.79 billion.Â
Mr Maiyaki said the incident was purely technical and not a security threat.
Mr Maiyaki warned that the careless use of language and the spread of unverified information could quickly escalate tensions.
According to him, this is to enable the residents to participate fully in cleaning their immediate environment.
