The award is in recognition of the Nigerian president’s contributions to the political stability of Guinea Bissau.

The statement said the claims against the NIA DG, “an outstanding officer,” were false.
Aside from Mr Rufai being unqualified for the NIA DG position, directors of the agency are accusing President Buhari of tribalism and religious bias in reappointing him.
