He said the illegal sites were located near Obiaku and in close proximity to the Imo-Abia-Rivers borders.
Mr Otti said the increase in the bounty was necessary by an addition of N5 million by an indigene of the state based in the U.S.A.
“This will not only boost the security of the entire state but would also provide invaluable support in emergency response.”
