It also ordered INEC to allow SDP’s forensic experts to examine some electoral materials.
“INEC should review its policy to ensure that eligible voters across all polling units are given an equal opportunity to vote.”
INEC said that results from the affected polling units had been accounted for in Form EC40G.
Mr Haruna assured voters in Kogi that their votes were protected and their wishes would be respected.
“To be precise, we are going to use more than 900 backup BVAS. This is because some polling units have more than 1,000 to 2,000 registered voters.”
The court agreed with the submission of counsel for Ms Akpoti-Uduagan, Joshua Usman, SAN, as meritorious.
“We shall, by God’s grace, dredge the river Niger in a bid to attract meaningful development in Kogi and Nigeria as a whole,” said Mr Shettima.
” We will make the natural resources of Kogi to work for its citizens,” said Mr Shettima.
“But the President knows that in order to industrialise Nigeria, we have to get the steel industry working,” he said.
Mr Ali-Alabi said as soldiers, they have no business with partisan politics, as such anyone who gets involved will face the consequences.
