Mr Adams said the committee report would soon be made public, adding that some shocking discoveries were made during its investigations.
Mr Obasa said the two rejected nominees are Olalere Odusote and the immediate past Commissioner for Budget, Samuel Egube.
The speaker said the assembly would continue to work together with the executive because there was no reason to fight.

The commissioner said that the total bed capacity at the 11 isolation centres are 572, and the available bed space was 570.
There’s a reduction in positivity rates from 29.3 per cent recorded on December 21, to 1.9 per cent as of January 20.
The project’s second phase would be a 1,000-bed psychiatric hospital and rehabilitation centre to address mental health issues in the state further.
