“Three of the bandits were neutralised, while others escaped into the forest with suspected gunshot injuries,” he said.
Mr Abdullahi identified the suspects as Musa Bappa (20) and Musa Usman (22), both residents of Zange village in Kumo, Akko LGA.
He said 329 auto crashes involving 482 vehicles and 2,143 people were recorded in the state within the period, out of which 864 were unhurt.
