Mr Otti attributed the development to tax deductions, using the current rate.
The governor said that the government under his watch had so far been able to operate without borrowing any money.
Mr Otti said that before the end of the year, he would build a befitting Government House.

Mr Otti charged the members of the different agencies with adopting the principle of fairness in their engagements with citizens.
“I saw the payroll and I didn’t see anyone paid less than N30,000 and that is the minimum wage.’’
