He attributed all his life success to his late uncle.
Mr Soludo announced this on Thursday in Awka, during the presentation of the vehicles to the police commissioner, Ikioye Orutugu.
He commended the officers and men of the Anambra command for the successful operation.
“I thank Nigeria and the police for investing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve,” he said.
Three corpses were deposited at Ahufus Hospital’s mortuary in Abatete, while the other two were deposited at Iyi-Enu General Hospital, Ogidi.
Apprehended in Anambra, six of the suspects were said to have come from Ebonyi, while one came from Enugu.
