Mr Udeze said the bishop’s moral beliefs would foster genuine academic and moral excellence at the university.
He said that when passed, the bill would improve access to rural communities in the state.
In his submission, Mr Ofodeme said many lives had been lost in waterway accidents because passengers and boat operators had not worn life jackets.
“I am pained about the rate of killings in the name of cultism and wish to find a permanent solution.”
According to Anambra legislators, the Igbo apprenticeship system, ‘Igba Boi’, is why the South-East has one of the biggest markets in West Africa.
“We call on other legislators and politicians to emulate the donors.’’
