Mr Kunde said that criminals had infiltrated the IDPs camp opened for victims of Yelwata attack.
Ms Igbawase said that the NEPA IDP camp had no health clinic.
Mr Kunde, also the chairman, Flood and Disaster Management Committee, said Makurdi was worse hit by the flood.
The commissioner said the 3,698 IDPs, comprising 1,114 households at Baka camp, were moved to temporary homes constructed along Makurdi-Gbajimba Road.
