INEC said that the ban on the NURTW and RTEAN meant that the commission was tied to working with the Lagos parks management committee.
Mr Tinubu said the opposition party and its candidate are working in “cahoots with fifth columnists” in the system to inflict pains on Nigerians.
“In the first place, Buhari does not care about anything. He had never cared. He doesn’t care about the country, nor is he really in charge.”
The governor said his confidence was because of the party’s achievements in peace, development and justice.
The party said that if its candidate was elected, security, infrastructure, education, health, housing, tourism shall be transformed to provide jobs and boost the economy.
The APC Presidential Campaign Council described the document as “empty and vacuous”.
