The report was presented by the chairman of the committee, Solomon Olamilekan (APC-Ogun).
Mr Ododo disclosed that the proposal also included a surplus capital development fund of N102.5 billion.
Mr Moriki assured the governor of timely approval of the budget proposal by the assembly.
On Wednesday, the Kogi House of Assembly passed the 2024 N258.2 billion Appropriation Bill into law.

The parliament, presided over by the Speaker, Nasir Yahaya-Daura, approved the 2024 Appropriation Bill at plenary on Monday.
“Expected at the event are representatives of economic, political, cultural and civil society organisations,” he said.
The Nigerian Senate has warned MDAs against delay in the submission and defence of their budgets.
The budget has N105 billion earmarked as recurrent expenditure and over N70 billion for capital expenditure.
The sum of N748 billion is for recurrent expenditure and N1.019 trillion for capital expenditure.
