The prosecutor said the defendant was caught and arrested when selling the birds at the Lafenwa Market.
The defendant is facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, indecent assault and attempt to rape.
The prosecutor, ASP Olakunle Shonibare, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on June 19 in the Kuto area of Abeokuta.
The prosecutor said the offences contravened sections 516, 394 and 390(9) of the Criminal Code Laws of Ogun, 2006.
The court convicted 21-year-old Abeeb Magaji without an option of fine, following his plea of guilty to the charges.
The police said Mr Sowemimo scaled the fence into the compound of ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta on April 1 with intent to steal.
