The psychiatrist also said that the trend had brought many to the verge of developing psychiatric problems.
They said the new development was appropriate and would pave the way for the country’s mental health delivery system’s protection, growth and development.
They said stakeholders should collectively address the increasing rate of drug abuse and its corresponding devastating effects.
