ASUU alleged that the government had returned to “default settings”, leaving ASUU with no choice but to consider resuming the strike.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities in Kaduna State University has resolved to embark on a two-week warning strike over issues concerning their welfare.

The unions directed their respective chairmen in all their branches across the country to mobilise for the demonstration.
ASUU appealed to the public and students to prevail on the government to negotiate with them and resolve the outstanding issues.
