The police spokesperson described the attack as a deliberate act to test the will of security agencies and the country.
“We will collaborate with the police and other security agencies to enhance safety and order in Achalla and Anambra state,” he said.
The group said ignorance about violence against women or the VAPP law was no longer an excuse, but a choice, and asked victims to report cases of abuse.
