Mr Omotayo urged stakeholders to prioritise implementation over advocacy.
Former President Muhammadu Buhari initially appointed Mr Omotayo in November 2021.
The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, near Jos, has organised a five-day training for resident doctors on Effective Policy Making and Strategic Leadership.
Mr Oluyede gave the assurance on Thursday when the director-general of NIPSS, Ayo Omotayo, paid him a courtesy visit in Abuja.
In his originating summons, the plaintiff raised eight issues for determination.
“We have a duty to rescue this nation. We don’t have any excuse not to transform the country in our time,” Mr Otti said.
The vice president further said that the nation could unlock its oceans’ full potential through research, dialogue, and collaboration.
Mr Omotayo said the federal government was doing its best towards improving the lot of Nigerians.
The defence minister assured Nigerians that the government and security forces are taking measures to address the security situation.
NIPSS has called for a dialogue between political parties and deliberate actions to address challenges encountered during the 2023 general elections.
