The defendant is standing trial on a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing. He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The police on Friday arraigned a 27-year-old man, Kayode Egbeyemi, before the Okitipupa Chief Magistrates’ Court for stealing building materials worth N250,000.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
A 35-year-old farmer, Kehinde Omosebi, was arraigned before the Okitipupa Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ondo for felling trees worth N15 million.
Two marketers, Ibrahim Ogundiran, 21 and Mosunmola Ibrahim, were brought before the Okitipupa Chief Magistrates’ Court, Ondo, for stealing N366,000.
