Under cross-examination by the Lagos Director of Public Prosecutions, Babajide Martins, the witness admitted that CCTV footage could not be manipulated at the time of recording.
So far, five witnesses have testified, namely, the victim, her foster mother, a child expert, a medical doctor, and a police officer.
“Our findings were that there was a blunt penetration of the vagina which was consistent with the client’s history,” the medical expert said.
