In a speech at the event held at Muna Camp, Mr Zulum said the exercise was coming three years after IDPs in official camps were resettled back to their homes.
Mr Zulum said that the market was equipped with modern facilities.
Mr Zulum also tasked the committee to identify and document the grazing reserves and their current status in Borno.
Responding, Mr Zulum lauded the support from NEDC, assuring that it would reach the target beneficiaries.
