Mr Dalhatu, in an interview with Arise TV on Friday, made reference to amnesty granted to Niger Delta militants, advocating the same for bandits.
He said that extremists continue to exploit divisions across northern communities.
According to the governor, the north has successful professionals and businessmen in every field of human endeavour.
“We are running a constitutional democracy. I will appeal to you to summon the governors,” said Mr Tinubu.
The fundraising committee were charged to be equitable and just in the distribution of the palliatives and cash.
