Mr Uche insisted that Mr Sylva’s appeal was bad beyond redemption as no witness or documents supported his request at the court.
He described the re-election of Mr Diri as a reward for his humility, hard work and good governance.
Messrs Diri and Ewhrudjakpo, PDP and INEC are the first to fourth defendants, respectively, in the matter.
The panel equally awarded the sum of N1 million in favour of Mr Sylva.
“Don’t be dismayed about the ruling; just be prepared to come out en masse on November 11 to cast your vote for our party, the APC,” he said.
He said that 16 political parties had fielded candidates for the election.
Also speaking, Mr Sylva promised to return the state back to the path of progress and development, using his six-point agenda.
“Diri has done a lot of things that are not in the public domain. I think he is trying, so we have to support him to continue,” he said.
The minister’s friends purchased the N50 million form on Monday in Abuja.
