The group plans interventions such as soil testing, training on organic fertiliser production and distribution of improved seedlings to farmers.
He said the state officially has 618,000 IDPs, adding that though there were more attacks, the displaced people were yet to be profiled by the IOM.
Mr Iorpuu further commended the BDIC and the bureau for their solid support and partnership thus far.
He said similar relief items would also be distributed in Otukpo, where there were more than 8,000 IDPs and in APA, with at least 10,000 IDPs.
The emergency responder said there was a need to quickly ensure a safe return of the IDPs to their respective communities in good time to block them from being trafficked by terrorists.
